The leadership of Mawums believes complying with international safety standards is necessary for the sustainability of its activities. Every year, Mawums reviews and sets the corporate safety standards, safety management plans, implementation guidelines etc. for all projects.

A resident Health & Safety Officer is dedicated to each project site to audit health and safety standards on regular basis to meet targets of cost, quality, output and time requirements of our clients.

All Mawums employees are oriented on safety, health and environmental standards. These orientations comply with general safety procedures as well as technical training for teams working on unique projects. All employees are specifically briefed in relation to particular hazards on each project. Each worker is provided with the basic personal protection equipment required to execute tasks.
